The Nikiti village is located in the beautiful landscape of the Sithonia peninsula and has
the flair of a traditional fishing village with the typical old stone houses, the wine alcoves, the narrow twisted
village lanes with the Kafenions and the port at the "Paralia", with a long sandy beach with the boardwalk and many
fish taverns.
The vicinity of Nikiti is characterised by olive groves, pine woods and by numerous smaller swimming bays, which
are worthwhile to discover. Sports fans also find a lot to do. Water sport facilities, tennis courts, riding, hiking
and cycling paths and the internationally renowned golf course of Porto Carras entices you to keep fit throughout
the year.
The metropolis Thessaloniki, hardly an hour away and where your arrival airport is located,
is a modern large city with a large university and fairground, shopping markets, expansive parks, an historical
old city and many museums. The numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment possibilities are particularly attractive
and cope for all needs.
Directly on the beach, about 500 m away from the port, free standing houses with 104 mē and apartments with approx. 55 mē floor space are being built.
All properties have their own garden or a common garden, a parking lot or garage, large balconies and terraces.
An open fire-place and installed heater pipes to connect a heating system are likewise included.
